Refund Policy

15 days, full refund

You can ask for a full refund of your $49 purchase for any reason within 15 days of the day you bought it.

How to ask

Beebso is sold through Paddle, Beebso's Merchant of Record, so Paddle processes refunds. You can ask in either of these ways:

• Go to paddle.net, find your order using the email address you bought with, and request a refund.
• Or email me at hello@beebso.com with the email address you bought with, and I'll arrange it for you.

What happens next

The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Paddle sends it right away, and it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Once the refund is made, your access code is turned off. The free alphabet, Sounds and ABC Song stay free for you to use.

After 15 days

After 15 days, purchases are generally not refundable, except where the law in your country requires it. If something isn't working, please tell me anyway. I'd much rather fix it.

The fine print

Refunds are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Paddle may refuse a refund if it finds evidence of fraud or refund abuse. Nothing here takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
